September 29 - October 2
Pre-ordering deadline for cap and gown. Orders placed after this date will be subject to additional fees.

October 2
File for graduation on or before October 2 online via my.uh.edu.

October 19
Graduation reservation forms will be e-mailed to your UH email account the week of October 19 if you have applied for graduation.

November 2
Deadline to file Release Form if your privacy is protected and you want your name in the commencement program.

November 30
Distribution of regalia pre-orders will begin.

December 4
Deadline to submit thesis, dissertation or senior honor thesis with corrections to Dr. Khator in Room E421-D3.

December 18
Deadline to submit thesis, dissertation or senior honor thesis for binding to Jane Geanangel in Room E421-D3.

December 18
2:00 p.m. All graduation candidates report to Yeoman Field House (Building 573/574).

2:30 p.m. Group Photo

3:00 p.m. Graduation processional begins at Hofheinz Pavilion (Building 531)

5:30 p.m. Reception in the M.D. Anderson Library Rockwell Pavilion (Building 509)
