	The Cullen College of Engineering has launched a new web-based system in an effort to increase student-employee contact. The purpose of the system, called eConnection, is to provide enhanced capabilities and new tools and resources to our valued network of employers. Through eConnection, we hope to increase our employer base by 25% and our student resume pool by 50%.
